Warranty
The warranty provided by Techie Mart is a limited vendor warranty wholly provided by Techie Mart for a period of 12 months: handset and 6 months: battery from the date of purchase. The limited vendor warranty guarantees the product against any manufacturing defects due to faulty materials, poor workmanship or negligence from the original manufacturer, which have rendered the product to be unusable or unable to operate properly according to the manufacturer's specifications and settings. The warranty follows strictly according to the manufacturer's terms.
To claim for warranty, please contact us to obtain authorisation and/or instructions.
Customer will be responsible for one way shipping for the return of the product, while the return costs will be covered for the customer.
In the event that the product is deemed faulty, the product will be repaired or replaced depending on the severity of the defect on the product, at no cost to the customer.
Please take note before claiming for warranty,
Warranty will be void if:
- There is evidence of physical damage or liquid damage and tampering of the original warranty seal
- There is evidence that the product has been handled by an unauthorised repair personnel
- There is evidence of a custom modification to the software/firmware in the product
- Details (IMEI / serial number / model number) not matching with original copy of tax invoice
Should the product be in-eligible for warranty claims, customer will be notified to bear any shipping costs for the return of the product and/or any repair costs if customer wish to proceed with the repair of the product.
Returns
Techie Mart will accept return of the product for credit only if the product is returned in the same condition that it was sold to the customer, provided Techie Mart is notified within 7 days of pick up or receipt of delivery.
Techie Mart shall not be liable for any shipping loss during a return process due to negligence by customer to use a safe delivery method to the correct address and/or other unforeseen circumstances beyond Techie Mart’s control.
Customer is not entitled to a refund when customer:
i) has opened/break the seal or removed any plastic wrapping on the brand new product.
ii) decided to change their mind about the product. This include circumstances such as customer finding a similar product cheaper elsewhere, or has deemed the product as an unsuitable gift or have no longer a need for the product.
A full refund will be issued from the amount stated on the invoice less any costs of returns and initial shipping costs.
Limitation of Liability
All warranties or conditions implied by law are excluded
If implied warranties or conditions cannot be excluded, but limitation is permitted, our liability is limited to, in relation to the product, a refund for the purchase price paid, the replacement of the damage product or the supply of equivalent product at our absolute discretion.
Techie Mart shall not be liable for any claim loss or expenses made after the first day of delivery. This also includes in the event that the product have been unpacked, used or applied by the customer.
No other term, condition, agreement, warranty, representation or understanding whether express or implied other than these terms, are made or given.
