Started in late 2009 and achieving Power Seller status within the first 100 feedbacks, my main aim is providing great services as well as the latest gadgets that are hard to find in Melbourne retail (or more competitive prices for local models). I work together with local suppliers and overseas wholesalers to provide the best possible prices and include local support. I know many of you resort to self imports from overseas and having to deal with shipping times, overseas support etc. Sometimes you might have to deal with frustrations, where you have paid your hard earned cash and your item arrived but it was faulty or not genuine. The process to return it and having to wait for a replacement or refund can be daunting.
By shopping locally, I ensure you are getting a fair price, with an Aussie tax invoice for tax deductions, full GST which you can claim and a local manufacturer warranty which is provided and fully supported. I cannot compete globally in terms of prices, but besides this issue, I know a majority of people would prefer to exchange money for goods on the same day based on my past experiences. It's the best and most traditional way we do business.
Though I do not operate a storefront, I still provide pick ups or deliveries and it would help me to keep initial costs down so that the prices I offer, you will never find them at your local retailers, ever.
